Who is responsible

What data we process

This website has no user accounts or comments. It has a contact form, where you give us your name, a mobile number or email and your message. When you contact us through that form, by WhatsApp, phone or email, or in the shop, we use the data you give us (for example your name, your contact details and the description of the problem) to answer your request, prepare the quote and provide the service.

Contact form

The form data is sent by email to the shop (geral@inforalvelos.net) and is not stored on the website. We use it only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick before sending) and, if you go ahead with a service, the contract. We delete the message when it is no longer needed to reply or to provide the service, unless the law requires us to keep it. To prevent abuse, the server limits the number of submissions per hour, without storing your address in a readable form. When you send the form, the hosting provider may also set a technical security cookie (protection against bots), which is needed for it to work and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Custom PC request

On the Build your PC page you can send us a request for a quote. It includes the parts or preferences you chose (budget, purpose, games, extras and notes), your name and a mobile number or email. The request is sent by email to the shop (geral@inforalvelos.net) and is not stored on the website. We use it only to prepare your proposal. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick before sending) and, if you go ahead, the contract. The same periods and limits as the contact form apply. The parts and preferences you choose are stored only in your browser (local storage, not a cookie), so you don’t lose them if you close the page; your name and contact details are not stored there. You can delete them with the “Start over” button.

What we use it for and for how long

We use the data only to deal with your request and the service, and to meet legal obligations (for example tax and warranty obligations). We keep it for as long as needed for that. We do not sell or pass on your data for advertising.

Cookies and external services

The website does not set cookies, does not use analytics tools and does not load files from other services. The links to WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube and Google (maps and reviews) take you to third-party services, with their own terms and privacy policies. Those services only receive your data if you click those links.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to geral@inforalvelos.net. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
