Antifraud warns you when a call looks like a scam and shows why an SMS or a link is suspicious. All on your phone.

HOW IT WORKS
It notices typical scam signs and shows the warning “Don't call back”, before you decide what to do.
Share an SMS with the app, or paste the text, and see in plain language what makes it suspicious.
Mark numbers as “I trust” or “It's fraud”. Your decision always overrides the app.
WHAT THE APP NOTICES
The trick to make you call back. The app notices calls that ring for only a few seconds.
The same number several times in a few minutes, or different numbers calling one after another.
Between midnight and six in the morning, from a number you don't know.
Addresses that imitate banks, the post office, couriers or phone operators, but are not the official site.
Shortened links, endings used in scams and addresses made only of numbers.
“Account blocked”, short deadlines, requests for codes or to “validate in the app”. No bank does this.
PRIVACY FIRST
The app doesn't even have permission to access the Internet. What it stores stays in your phone's private storage and deletes itself after 30 days. We, InforAlvelos, never have access to your data, and the texts you check are not saved.

No. The analysis is done on the phone itself and the app doesn't even have permission to access the Internet.
It doesn't read your messages by itself. When you get a suspicious SMS, you share the text with the app, or paste it on the “Check” screen, and it analyses it. The text is not saved.
According to warnings from CGD, Millennium bcp, Novo Banco and Montepio, they don't. And none of them asks for codes to “cancel” transactions. The app uses this rule and warns you when an SMS that mentions a bank contains a link.
No. The app warns about normal phone calls, the ones that go through the mobile network. Calls made through other apps (WhatsApp, Meet, Telegram and similar) don't go through Android's filter, so the app doesn't see them or warn about them. For those, use the block and report options of the app itself.
Yes. It warns based on how a call behaves and on the text, and it never guarantees that something is safe. If in doubt, hang up and call the organisation's official number.
